EXCLUSIONS
Building work other than specified, rectification of any inherent fault that may be within the existing structure or services, electrical and painting other than specified, boxing in of services, council fees or levies.
PAYMENT
A signed “authority to perform work” slip and deposit cheque must be received prior to commencement on site. Regular progress claims will be made during the course of the installation, which are required to be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice. Balance due on completion of quoted work and payment required seven (7) days of date of final invoice. Interest on unpaid amount shall be charged at the general interest charge (GIC) from the due date until the date of payment.
Title of good, products and services supplied will pass until accounts are paid in full.
GUARANTEE/WARRANTY
The installation is guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for( 7 years) on full service of bathroom/kitchen renovation. 4 years on leaking shower repair, 6 Months Re-Grouting, from the date of completion of the installation and (1) one month free service provide that the installation is not interfered with by unauthorized persons or damaged.
Service Calls to equipment, when out of fuel or power or not switched on will be changeable.
All equipment supplied and installed will carry the associated manufacturer’s warranty without involvement or obligation of this company. Where claims are made under warranty, labour costs are chargeable, plus travelling expenses.
GOODS AND SERVICEES TAX (G.S.T)
All goods and services that are supplied from 1st July 2000 are subject to goods and services tax. All invoices are errors and omissions excepted.
